The Marxists's Plan . . . Allowing thousands of illegal immigrants to flood across our southern borders is okay because Democrat Party leaders care so much about helping the poor and downtrodden of the world. With these poor immigrants we get MS-13 gang members, tons of illegal drugs, and enough fentanyl to kill everyone in the country. There’s sex trafficking, kids in cages, and over 90,000 deaths to drug
overdoses last year. Thousands of small businesses are closing because workers are paid more to stay home than to work. Raise taxes, raise gas prices, raise the cost of utilities — it’s all good because the rich will just pay more. Let's each our kids to judge others by the color of their skin, not the content of their character. Let’s continue to divide people into tribes and get them to turn on each other. Let’s demoralize our troops, causing them to wonder if their buddy is a racist
or not. The Marxists' end goal is the complete collapse of America and turning this nation into just one more socialist/Marxist hell hole. Patriot Post
Democrats reach deal on $3.5T price tag for infrastructure bill . . . Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Budget Committee Democrats, led by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), have reached a deal on a $3.5 trillion price tag for a Democratic-only infrastructure package. Schumer, emerging from an hours-long meeting with Budget Committee Democrats, said they had reached a deal on the budget resolution — which greenlights
reconciliation, the process Democrats will use to bypass a GOP filibuster on the infrastructure bill — including a $3.5 trillion top-line figure. President Biden is going to meet with Senate Democrats on Wednesday as Democrats work to lock down support for the deal. The Hill
Biden’s ‘Competition’ Executive Order Realizes a Central Planner’s Dream . . . President Joe Biden on July 9 issued an executive order, purportedly to promote competition. The order, though, is yet another far-left directive to promote federal government intervention in the economy, pushing policies that may not even be authorized by Congress and that could trample on states’ rights. It punishes economic success and presumes that
when a business gets big, its size is inherently harmful. The order would have federal bureaucrats centrally plan the economy and arrogantly assumes they know how industries should be structured. It would empower bureaucrats to further micromanage how businesses operate and serve their customers, such as by trying to dictate airline and shipping practices, meddling with private railroad contracts and threatening the railroads’ property rights, and making it much more difficult for
firms across the economy to grow through mergers and acquisitions. The Biden edict claims to promote competition, yet it actually suppresses it and hinders innovation. Daily Signal
Most illegal immigrants are no-shows after catch-and-release . . . Few illegal immigrants caught and released at the border on promises of turning themselves in to ICE later are showing up, defying Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ assurances of a “high rate” of compliance and leaving the department with few options for tracking down the migrants.
At best, the appearance rate is less than 25%, according to data from members of Congress and from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It may be much lower. That means thousands of illegal immigrants have defied their first orders from the Homeland Security Department and become fugitives. That bodes ill for the chances of getting them to comply with their court dates and, if they lose their cases, their deportations. The no-show rate is part of this year’s record-setting
surge of border jumpers and underscores the challenges facing the Biden administration. Washington Times
Shocking.
Over 300K sign watchdog petition to appoint special counsel to probe the Bidens . . . Over 300,000 have signed a petition from one of Washington’s top watchdogs demanding that a special counsel be appointed to investigate allegations that President Joe Biden and family members, notably budding artist and son Hunter Biden, have profited off public service. Judicial Watch, which has documented Hunter Biden’s travels on Air Force One and Air
Force Two, said that 309,229 have signed its petition posted on Change.org, the latest indication that, at least among conservatives, questions about Biden and his father allegedly profiting in China and Ukraine won’t go away. White House Dossier
I am certain the Democrats will start up an impeachment committee now to see if there’s been any “collusion” between Joe Biden and Ukraine.
Harris emerges as main GOP foil on campaign trail . . . Republicans on the campaign trail are zeroing in on Vice President Harris as their political target of choice as the midterm battle draws closer. President Biden enjoys higher approval ratings than his vice president and who has largely managed to sidestep any major controversies so far. Harris, on the other hand, has drawn intense and persistent criticism over everything from
her handling of the surge of migrants from Central America to her recent suggestion that voter ID laws make voting “almost impossible” for people in rural areas. Her involvement in those hot-button issues has made her an easy target for Republicans, who have tried aggressively to paint the country as being in a state of crisis — including at the southern border and at the ballot box — ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. A Morning Consult-Politico poll fielded late last month
showed Harris’s favorability breaking even at 46 percent to 46 percent. Biden’s favorability is above water at 52 percent to 45 percent. The Hill
There appears two be two different sets of realities perceived by the conservatives and the liberals: a country in a state of crisis vs. everything is normal; 2+2=4 vs. 2+2=whatever you want it to equal. How does one find a common language in this situation?
Texas’ Abbott says Biden, Dems must stop ‘misinformation’ spread on voting bill . . . Gov. Greg Abbott, the Texas Republican, took to Twitter late Tuesday
to blame President Biden for willfully spreading "misinformation" about the state GOP’s sweeping elections overhaul bill. Biden, who was in Old City, Philadelphia, on Tuesday rebuked the bill in no uncertain terms. He said proponents of the election security measures are engaging in "21st century Jim Crow assault." Biden’s remarks came a day after Texas Democrats decamped for
Washington in an effort to deny their GOP-controlled Legislature the necessary quorum to pass a bill placing new restrictions on voting in the state. Fox News
Arizona Senate president says 2020 audit differs from Maricopa County count . . . Ballots counted in the Arizona Senate’s audit of the 2020 election differs from the tally by Maricopa County officials. That’s what Senate President Karen Fann said in an interview on Tuesday, in which she also noted the discrepancy prompted the state Legislature to acquire new machines — “not Dominion’s, separate ones” — to recount the ballots. A
canvass report released by the county, which includes Phoenix, said 2,089,563 ballots were cast in November’s election. Fann said she did not know the size of the discrepancy. White House Dossier
Uh oh. Stay tuned.
More money, more problems: Cheney and Kinzinger feel Trump effect . . . Exile in the House GOP is proving extremely lucrative for Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. Cheney and Kinzinger are the most prominent anti-Trump voices among congressional Republicans, casting two of the 10 House GOP votes to impeach the former president and — unlike the other eight — sparing no opportunity in the months since to rebuke a party that has tethered itself
to his image. That’s left them in a precarious position as they seek reelection back home and alienated them from the rest of their party in D.C. Politico
MSNBC anchor sounds alarm on potential 'red wave' in 2022 . . . MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle offered a dire warning to Democrats ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. "We are more than a year out from the midterms and Democrats are already facing an uphill climb," Ruhle began a segment on Tuesday. "President Biden just met with Eric Adams, New York City's Democratic nominee for mayor after he ran a tough-on-crime campaign. It comes
as cities across the country are grappling with a serious surge in violent crime." She continued, "Now Republicans, like former President Trump are seizing on that and trying to tie Democrats and their ‘defund the police’ messaging to heading into next claiming that messaging is the reason for the spike in crime. It's very bad news for Democrats with a razor-thin House majority and a tie in the Senate." Fox News

Chinese money launderers team up with Mexican cartels to profit billions from US fentanyl crisis . . . Chinese money launderers and fentanyl-makers have gone into business with Mexican drug cartels, teaming up to make billions of dollars a year trafficking the powerful opioid that is killing thousands of people in the United States. The fentanyl boom facilitated by China represents a third wave of the opioid epidemic,
following first an increase in the abuse of prescription painkillers around the turn of the century and then a rise in heroin use. But the fentanyl phase is different in that it involves an international operation of people in multiple countries working together to produce and transport the drugs and then secretly shuttle the profits across U.S. borders. Authorities have long been aware that China and Mexico have teamed up to produce and profit in this endeavor, but in recent years, Chinese
businesses have stepped up not to only facilitate the making of fentanyl but also the laundering of profits out of the U.S. Washington Times
Iranian Intelligence Officer Charged in Plot to Kidnap US Journalist in New York . . . Federal authorities on Tuesday charged an Iranian intelligence officer and three alleged members of an Iranian intelligence network with plotting to kidnap an American journalist from New York. According to an indictment filed in Manhattan federal court, the kidnapping ploy was part of a broader effort to lure three people from Canada and a person from
the United Kingdom to Iran. The New York journalist is not identified in the indictment but is described as a Brooklyn resident, journalist, and human rights activist, who drew attention to Iran’s human rights abuses. The four defendants charged in the kidnapping plot “monitored and planned to kidnap a U.S. citizen of Iranian origin who has been critical of the regime’s autocracy, and to forcibly take their intended victim to Iran, where the victim’s fate would have been uncertain at
best,” said U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss. Epoch Times
Dictators will deploy all kinds resources to find and eliminate those they perceive as a threat to their regime. That's why I chuckle at Joe Biden's naiveté when he thinks that Putin shouldn't be held accountable for cyber attacks on American systems. Even if Vlad didn't personally authorize recent Russian cyber offensive operations against the U.S. -- which would be contrary to the doctrine -- he is fully equipped to "find and fix" the
"Russia-linked" cyber attackers. Putin likes to boast about sending a 'Mercader' out to chase traitors who had betrayed "mother Russia." And he has.

China begins military flights from disputed South China Sea bases . . . China’s military recently deployed electronic warning and surveillance aircraft and helicopters on two disputed islands in the South China Sea in what analysts say is a sign that the People’s Liberation Army has begun routine air operations from the bases. Satellite images obtained by The Washington Times show deployments in May and June of PLA KJ-500 airborne warning
and control aircraft to Mischief Reef in the Spratly Islands. Other satellite photos showed the stationing of a Y-9 transport aircraft and Z-8 helicopter to Subi Reef in June and this month. Last year, KQ-200 anti-submarine warfare aircraft were deployed on a third island base on Fiery Cross Reef. Washington

Britain targets ban on sale of new diesel and petrol trucks by 2040 . . . The sale of new diesel and petrol trucks in the UK will be banned from 2040 under the government’s transport decarbonisation plan unveiled on Wednesday. The much-delayed plan includes several public consultations on measures designed to cut pollution in the transport sector as the UK seeks to have net zero carbon emissions by 2050. The paper’s publication
coincides with plans due to be outlined later in the day by the European Commission on how the EU aims to meet its goal of cutting emissions by 55 per cent from 1990 levels by 2030. Brussels wants to increase taxes on polluting fuels and introduce an EU-wide levy on aviation kerosene for the first time. Financial Times
Cuba Cuts Internet Access Amid Anti-Communist Protests . . . Cuba's Communist government is restricting access to social media websites as anti-regime protests rock the island nation, according to an internet access watchdog. The country's sole telecom company, the government-owned ETECSA, is limiting access to social networking platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram, NetBlocks reported Monday. The restrictions are "likely
to limit the flow of information from Cuba," the U.K.-based internet monitor group said, after thousands of demonstrators in more than a dozen cities protested against the country's Communist regime. The internet blackout comes amid a government crackdown on demonstrators, who took to the streets Sunday to protest the government's handling of persistent power outages, food and medicine shortages, and rising coronavirus cases. U.S. Covid-19 Case Counts Have Doubled in Recent Weeks . . . New Covid-19 cases are on the rise in a number of states across the U.S., worrying health officials and epidemiologists as many Americans remain unvaccinated and the highly transmissible Delta variant spreads. The U.S. is averaging more than 23,000 new cases a day, double the seven-day average of around 11,300 cases three weeks ago, according to a Wall Street
Journal analysis of data from Johns Hopkins University. On 17 of the past 18 days, the seven-day case average was higher than the 14-day average, also suggesting cases have been rising nationally. Wall Street Journal

Why home buyers should reconsider buying investment properties for Airbnb . . . Think twice before buying a home as an investment property in the post-pandemic real estate market. That’s what real estate and personal finance experts are advising, considering home price offerings are surging up to 50% over the asking price amid ongoing bidding wars in the competitive market. And with such low inventory and high demand,
some home buyers are even waiving inspection contingencies. "Buying a home at the top of the market is bad enough. At least you'll live in it – hopefully for many years -- before you sell at a profit. But if you buy an investment property for top dollar, you risk bottoming out," Howard Dvorkin, a New Jersey-based Certified Public Accountant and chairman of Debt.com, told FOX Business. "You're assuming the red-hot market to buy property will also stay a red-hot market to rent a property.
That's a painful amount of risk. Fox Business

Federal Court Rules That Ban on Handgun Sales for Under 21-Year-Olds Is Unconstitutional . . . A federal appeals court ruled on Tuesday that a federal law banning handgun sales to young adults is unconstitutional. In a 2–1 vote, the three-judge panel of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that a law Congress passed in 1968 that sets a minimum age of 21 for purchasing handguns violates the Second Amendment. “Looking through
this historical lens to the text and structure of the Constitution reveals that 18- to 20-year-olds have Second Amendment rights. Virtually every other constitutional right applies whatever the age. And the Second Amendment is no different,” Judge Julius N. Richardson, appointee of President Donald Trump, wrote in the ruling. “The militia laws in force at the time of ratification uniformly required those 18 and older to join the militia and bring their own arms. While some historical
restrictions existed, none support finding that 18-year-olds lack rights under the Second Amendment,” he added.
Judge G. Steven Agee, an appointee of President George W. Bush, joined in the decision. Epoch Times
Texas family arrested for role in Capitol riot . . . The Justice Department has charged a Texas couple and three of their children in connection with the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, largely aided by videos, photos and other content posted to social media showing the family members at the Capitol during the mob attack. According to a criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Thomas "Tom" Munn, Kristi Munn,
Dawn Munn, Joshua Munn and Kayli Munn have each been charged with multiple crimes, including knowingly entering or remaining in restricted groups and disorderly conduct at the Capitol. Federal authorities said that a tipster identified as “a relative of Kristi Munn’s fiancé” alerted the FBI to several posts on Kristi Munn’s social media accounts, including a group photo of the family with the caption “Washington D.C. here we come... #StopTheSteal #TrumpIsMyPresident.” The Hill
Jan. 6 inmates endure ‘human rights violations on a daily basis,’ bail motion alleges . . . Alleged Capitol rioter and 43-year-old veteran, Dominic Pezzola is now incarcerated in D.C. jail for 150 days. He has been effectively shut out of his own defense in violation of constitutional guarantees specifically for defendants. Pezzola has "literally been in his cell for 22 or 23 hours a day," claim his attorneys. "It
is impossible to have a free-flowing conversation" with their client in these "open cages where there is no confidentiality [and] everyone can hear the conversations[,] including prison guards." D.C. jail evidence-review policies also have "the potential to invade attorney-client privilege" and the practical effect of punishing inmates, by putting them in "restrictive housing" for two weeks at a time. Alleging "human rights violations on a daily basis" against January 6 inmates, who are not
part of the general jail population, the motion claims "dozens" of them share the same unsanitary nail clippers, exercise is limited at best, access to showers is "nearly nonexistent," and religious services and haircuts are banned. Just the News
Yeah, but they are not in prisons in China, Russia, or Iran. They are 'extremists' and 'insurrectionists' in America, right? So, who cares about these "white supremasists"' human rights? I am sure Samantha Power and her ilk think her "R2P" Doctrine (responsibility to protect) doesn't apply here.
Former Trump adviser's GETTR social media platform reaches 1M users days after launch . . . Former Donald Trump senior adviser Jason Miller’s new social media platform "GETTR" has attracted more than 1.4 million users in the week since its launch, as it seeks to carve out a space in the social media industry. Miller told FOX Business in an interview this week, "It's the fastest-ever social media platform to reach 1 million
users . . ." Miller said that prominent Republicans like former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik, former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson and more have joined the platform, along with other popular conservative voices like Charlie Kirk, Monica Crowley, Rogan O’Handley and more. A Humpback Whale Scooped Up A Lobster Diver And Spat Him Out . . . A commercial lobster diver says he escaped relatively unscathed after nearly being swallowed by a humpback whale, in a biblical-sounding encounter that whale experts describe as rare but plausible. Michael Packard, 56, said in local interviews and on social media that he was diving off the coast of Provincetown, Mass., on Friday morning when the whale
suddenly scooped him up. "I was in his closed mouth for about 30 to 40 seconds before he rose to the surface and spit me out," Packard later wrote on Facebook. "I am very bruised up but have no broken bones." The Cape Cod Times reports that Packard was pulled out of the water by his crewman and rushed back to shore, where he was transported to Cape Cod Hospital. He walked — albeit with a limp — out of the hospital that afternoon. NPR
