Is no one going to mention it? Biden is out of it . . . President Biden’s topic was one of utmost importance Wednesday — crime and gun violence. But you wouldn’t know it from the way he spoke.
He slurred his words. He called the ATF “the AFT.” At one point, he talked about the history of the Second Amendment and “the blood of patriots” before concluding that someone would need nuclear weapons to take down the government. If you weren’t confused, you were horrified. Biden was obviously tired, speaking in barely a monotone. He couldn’t pronounce “cognitive.” His team keeps hustling Bide off stage as the media shouts after him, making you wonder why they keep preventing
him from answering questions.
Yet, a protective circle has formed around Biden, preventing them from stating the obvious: Joe Biden, 78, looked out of it. The American people will decide if the president has the energy or sharpness to lead us. But let’s stop acting like we’re not allowed to mention it. New York Post
GOP Introduces Resolution Censuring President Biden For ‘Failure To Execute The Duties Of His Office’ . . . Republican lawmakers introduced a resolution Wednesday to censure President Joe Biden for “failure to execute the duties of his office.”
Twenty-three Republican lawmakers led by Republican Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert introduced a censure resolution to express their “disapproval of [Biden’s] failure to uphold the constitutional duty to ‘take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.'” Daily Caller
Harris favorable rating underwater; VP loses to Trump by four in head-to-head: poll . . . In a recent poll, almost two-thirds of Americans (64%) said they expect Kamala Harris will take Biden's spot before his four-year term is up. While President Biden's popularity is in decline, his vice president may be in even worse shape with the public, weighed down with a negative favorability rating and losing to former President Donald Trump
by four points in a head-to-head match-up, according to the most recent survey from Republican polling firm McLaughlin & Associates. The VP's favorability ratings are now underwater, with 47% rating her favorably vs. 48% unfavorably. Among those with strong opinions about her, the numbers are especially bleak, with 38% taking a "very unfavorable" view of her vs. just 27% "very favorable." Just the News

DeSantis positions himself as Trump without the tantrums . . .
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis ran slightly ahead of Donald Trump in a straw poll over the weekend at the Western Conservative Summit in Denver, with 74% saying they would approve of DeSantis as a presidential candidate in 2024 compared to 71% for Trump.
DeSantis has become a sort of Donald Trump without the Twitter tantrums, according to The Washington Times. As the GOP debates its future following four tumultuous years of President Trump, Mr. DeSantis has flashed a refined brand of Trumpism that captures the hard-charging policies but with fewer self-inflicted rhetorical wounds. Large-scale Russian Pacific exercise draws rapid US navy/ air response . . . Just a week after the Biden-Putin summit in Geneva, Moscow on Tuesday, June 22, provided details of Russia’s largest Pacific sea and air maneuver in decades. US air and sea units were rapidly scrambled in response. The Russian maneuver, opposite US shores, was described by the Russian Defense Ministry as “practicing the tasks of destroying an aircraft carrier strike
group of a mock enemy.” Admir Viktor Kravchenko said that the Russian navy had not conducted a maneuver on this scale since 1991. Taking part were 20 warships, including submarines and logistic support vessels and a similar number of fighters and bombers. A simulated cruise missile attack was carried by one of the Russian naval strike groups operating 480km from a second in the role of the enemy. Taking part too were 4 long-range Tu-142M2 Bear-F mod submarine fighters from the Yelizovo Air
Base on the Kamchatka peninsula, escorted by MiG 31BM Foxhound interceptors. The Bears arrived covered in snow and were refueled in the air near the coast of Hawaii. The US Navy responded by scrambling the USS Vinson carrier and the USS Dewey destroyer into the waters off Hawaii for close surveillance of the Russian maneuver. Also deployed were were F-22 fighters. Marines, counter-submarine units and the Coast Guard. The air and naval base at Pearl Harbor was placed on alert. Both

US Intelligence Predicts Fall Of Afghan Government As Soon As Six Months After America’s Exit . . . American intelligence agencies predicted in a new assessment last week that the government of Afghanistan could fall as soon as six months after the U.S.’ withdrawal. The assessment, which represents the conclusion of the overall intelligence community, revises previous predictions that the Afghan government could hold out for two

Berlin and Paris propose reset for EU relations with Moscow . . . Germany and France have called for a new EU strategy of closer engagement with Russia to build on discussions with Moscow in the wake of US president Joe Biden’s Geneva summit with Vladimir Putin. Diplomats said Angela Merkel, the German chancellor, wanted the EU to consider inviting the Russian president to a summit with EU leaders, and that the initiative was supported
by French president Emmanuel Macron. Ambassadors representing Berlin and Paris wrongfooted other EU capitals at a meeting in Brussels on Wednesday by making the new proposals on the relationship with the Kremlin. Financial Times

Russia says it may fire to hit intruding warships . . . Russia will be ready to fire to hit to protect its borders, a senior diplomat warned Thursday in the wake of a Black Sea incident in which a British destroyer sailed near Crimea in an area that Russia claims as its territorial waters. Russia said one of its warships fired warning shots and a warplane dropped bombs in the path of British destroyer Defender Wednesday to drive it away
from the area near Sevastopol, but Britain denied that account and insisted its ship wasn’t fired upon. The incident marked the first time since the Cold War that Moscow acknowledged using live ammunition to deter a NATO warship, underlining the rising threat of military collisions amid Russia-West tensions. Chinese Covid-19 Gene Data That Could Have Aided Pandemic Research Removed From NIH Database . . . Chinese researchers directed the U.S. National Institutes of Health to delete gene sequences of early Covid-19 cases from a key scientific database, raising concerns that scientists studying the origin of the pandemic may lack access to key pieces of information. The NIH confirmed that it deleted the sequences after
receiving a request from a Chinese researcher who had submitted them three months earlier. “Submitting investigators hold the rights to their data and can request withdrawal of the data,” the NIH said in a statement. Wall Street Journal
Why Google Suppressed Wuhan Lab Leak Theory . . . Tech giant Google has engaged in a soft shadow banning of information related to the COVID lab leak theory in the form of intentionally suppressing search results related to the topic by artificially downgrading them to lower positions on its site. In fact, Google has even admitted to engaging in this practice. David Feinberg, head of Google Health, claimed the reason was to limit the spread of
misinformation. Feinberg said that the tech giant’s goal was to make sure it wasn’t “leading people down pathways that we would find to be not authoritative information.” Feinberg continued to spin Google’s dubious rationale by pointing to the ever-so-popular bogeyman of “conspiracy theorists.” The primary reason for suppressing and painting the lab leak theory as a “conspiracy” appears to have a much more logical explanation — Google’s own connections to the Chinese lab in question. mRNA vaccine inventor speaks out on 'Tucker' after YouTube deletes video of him discussing risks . . . Colleges issue controversial mandates that students be vaccinated or not attend classes. Reports surfaced of numerous deaths potentially caused by the various coronavirus vaccines but the inventor of the mRNA technology that went into some of the vaccines told Fox News on Wednesday that Google-owned YouTube deleted a posting of a podcast
during which he discussed his concerns and findings. Dr. Robert Malone is "the single most qualified" expert on mRNA vaccines, but that the Big Tech companies are asserting themselves as more informed than him on the topic.
"A Norwegian study conducted of 100 nursing home residents who died after receiving Pfizer's Corona shots. They found that at least ten of those deaths were likely caused by the vaccine. 10%," said Carlson. Meanwhile, the New York Post reported that researchers found a link between rare cases of juvenile heart inflammation and vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna, which utilize the mRNA route.

to 77% in 1918 from 7% in 1913. Following World War I, the top rate came down, reaching just 25% from 1925-31. Rates were raised during the Great Depression to 64% in 1932 and 79% in 1936. McMaster, the retired general and former national security adviser, resigned in protest from the board of a Washington, D.C., think tank last month after expressing concern internally that funding from the billionaire Charles Koch was tainting the institution's scholarship. McMaster, according to two sources familiar with the
situation, was alarmed by the publication in March of an Atlantic Council report arguing that the promotion of human rights undercuts America's strategic interest. The report, authored by Emma Ashford and Matthew Burrows, was a product of an Atlantic Council project, the New American Engagement Initiative, funded by a $4.5 million grant from the Charles Koch foundation.
