Happy New Year
I hope everyone is enjoying the first day of 2022!
Here are a few interesting and fun pieces for you, my dear readers:
Fears grow that cyber chaos will spark wars as hack attacks become more aggressive . . . The nightmare of America under cyberattack is happening now and it is not going to stop anytime soon. Foreign adversaries and criminal gangsters alike are hammering all aspects of society from hospitals to schools to government offices. In December alone, a ransomware attack on human resources software disrupted operations for some hospitals
operated by Ascension Healthcare, the timekeeping system of New York City’s Metropolitan Transit Authority, and the government of Prince George’s County in Maryland, among others. Washington Times
The Communists Won The Cold War . . . The old Soviet regime was not defeated; it is reestablishing itself in the United States.
=Thirty years ago, on December 25, 1991, Mikhail Gorbachev resigned as Soviet president and commander of the Red Army. By the end of the following year, the Soviet Union ceased to exist as a political entity. The democratic alliance of the western Christian nations “won” the Cold War. Intellectuals looked forward to the end of history. Politicians prognosticated about the rise of a unipolar world with the United States leading a new world order.
Yet 30 years later, the muted discussion of this anniversary should tell us something. Discussion of the dissolution of the Soviet Union is markedly absent from our current political conversation. Did we really win the Cold War? American Greatness
Below is a video of my guest appearance on Newsmax, "The Count" tonight, with the preeminent China expert Gordon Chang. We were discussing the issue of Russia and China's cooperation to threaten American interests. Let me know what you think about this issue.
I am back on Newsman tomorrow at 1:45 ET, on John Bachman's show 'NOW'.
Modern Times: Jordan Peterson & Camille Paglia
|
This video below is from my husband Keith. I haven't listened to it yet. But I love Dr. Jordan Peterson and Dr. Camille Paglia. She is controversial, a classic liberal. Now she is being eaten alive by the progressives . . .
Before you watch the video, read this WSJ article about Camille Paglia.
A Feminist Capitalist Professor Under Fire . . . The students who demand her firing, Camille Paglia argues, take prosperity for granted, are socially undeveloped, and know little about Western history. Who’s Moses? When Camille Paglia was an “obnoxious adolescent” of 15, she had what she describes as “this huge fight with a nun” in upstate New York. Ms. Paglia, 72, remembers the incident with a clarity that suggests a lifetime of unresolved
umbrage. “We were released from school for religious instruction on Thursday afternoons,” and teen Camille posed a question: “If God is infinitely forgiving, I asked the nun, is it possible that at some point in the future he’ll forgive Satan?” The nun—a doctrinaire Irish Catholic without any of the “pagan residue” of Ms. Paglia’s Italian culture—“turned beet red. She was so enraged that she condemned me in front of everybody for even asking that question.” That was the day Ms. Paglia
left the Catholic Church. Wall Street Journal

One of our Cut to the News readers sent me this video below, which was recorded by his wife, Cat, sandhill cranes and ball. It's hysterical. So, I thought I'd share.
Peace, Good Health, Love, Achievement, and Blessings for our Great Creator to you all in 2022!
