Good morning
Republicans Rescue Biden’s Agenda . . . The press is full of triumphant accounts of how Speaker Nancy Pelosi and President Biden saved their party, the country, and maybe the future of mankind by passing the $1 trillion infrastructure bill through the House late Friday night. It’s more accurate to say their divided party was rescued by 13 Republicans who voted with the Democrats. With their narrow House majority, Democrats couldn’t
pass the bill themselves after six left-wing Members voted no. Without those GOP votes, the bill would have failed and Democrats would have suffered another political defeat and more recriminations. Instead, Democratic leaders are moving ahead fast to focus on their $4 trillion entitlement spending and tax bill that is now more likely to pass.

Senate GOP worries Trump could derail bid for majority . . . GOP senators are worried that former President Trump could thwart their hopes of winning back the Senate majority next year with his support for controversial primary candidates who they fear could turn away women voters.

Trump will 'probably' announce 2024 plans after midterms: 'A lot of people will be very happy' . . . Trump to Fox News: 'A lot of great people who are thinking about running are waiting for that decision, because they’re not going to run if I run'.

Sounds like he is signaling that he will not run in 2024. I hope we'll have someone as strong as Trump.
Merrick Garland Abuses His Authority to Suppress Dissent . . . Why did Attorney General Merrick Garland form a law enforcement task force and threaten to use the FBI and several other divisions of the Department of Justice against parents protesting COVID-19 mandates and racist indoctrination in public schools? At a recent Senate oversight hearing, Garland insisted it was news reports of violence at school board meetings. Protesting
parents were smeared as potential domestic terrorists. Garland said he would use his National Security Division—the unit within the Department of Justice that goes after jihadists—to crack down on parents.

The FBI has 2,700 open investigations of domestic extremism, more than double the usual number of cases, counterterrorism officials say, underscoring the Biden administration’s accelerated pursuit of what it calls “domestic violent extremists.”

In a ruling issued Saturday on a lawsuit filed by state attorneys general, the court ordered the vaccine mandate to be temporarily halted. The mandate was to be
enforced through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and set to go into effect Jan. 4.

Biden admin considering shutting down another pipeline, drawing criticism and dire warnings as winter nears . . . The Biden administration is reportedly weighing the potential market consequences of shutting down an oil pipeline in Michigan, drawing criticism from opponents. Former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, Biden's energy secretary, predicted Sunday that heating prices will rise this winter regardless of the Biden administration's
decision on the pipeline. "Yeah, this is going to happen. It will be more expensive this year than last year," Granholm told CNN. The administration has yet to decide on what to do with Line 5 and officials were gathering information only to present a clear picture of the situation.

Biden Admin Amassing Millions of Records on US Gun Owners Amid New Crackdown on Firearms . . . The Biden administration in just the past year alone stockpiled the records of more than 54 million U.S. gun owners and is poised to drastically alter gun regulations to ensure that information on Americans who own firearms ultimately ends up in the federal government's hands, according to internal Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) documents
obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. The ATF in fiscal year 2021 processed 54.7 million out-of-business records, according to an internal ATF document obtained by the Gun Owners of America, a firearms advocacy group, and provided exclusively to the Free Beacon.

MIT alums: We can’t support a school that caved to woke mentality . . . We graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology more than 50 years ago. MIT was academically rigorous, and it taught us our crafts and the essence of problem-solving, enabling us to thrive in our careers. We owe much to our alma mater and have donated to it regularly. No more. The current MIT administration has caved repeatedly to the demands of
“wokeness,” treating its students unfairly, compromising the quality of its staff, and damaging the institution and academic freedom at large. We object to MIT’s politically correct measures, including the firing of its Catholic chaplain.

US and China urged to collaborate on cancer drugs through new initiative . . . Global drugmakers, regulatory officials and scientists are teaming up to push the US and China to co-operate on research to speed up the process of developing new cancer drugs through a form of “ping-pong diplomacy”. The Bloomberg International Cancer Coalition will be launched in Singapore later this month to create a body through which the two countries can
collaborate, despite recriminations and division between the superpowers during the pandemic. By tapping the two largest populations of cancer patients in the world, the coalition aims to significantly reduce the time needed to collect enough data to prove a new drug is safe and effective. Concrete goals include creating standards on how patients are selected for the new, more tailored, cancer medicines.

Please, God save us from this sort of "collaboration."
Joe Biden just keeps on lying to the American public: Miranda Devine . . .
Opinion. President Biden appears to be suffering from a bad case of malarkey syndrome. A textbook example was presented last week when he was asked about his administration’s proposal to pay up to $450,000 compensation per person to illegal migrant families that had been separated under the Trump administration. It was “garbage,” “not true” and “not gonna
happen,” he told Fox News’ Peter Doocy at a White House press conference Wednesday. The president was so emphatic, it seemed to be an open-and-shut case. The Wall Street Journal’s story revealing the Department of Justice negotiations with migrant families must be wrong. But not so fast.

‘Steele Was Being Used By The Russians’ . . . Trump Dossier Critics See Their Suspicions Verified With Danchenko Indictment. Several prominent critics of the infamous Steele dossier saw their suspicions further verified Thursday with the arrest of Russia-born Igor Danchenko and the public release of his indictment, which detailed a series of lies and fabrications in the course of constructing the document. Danchenko, the primary
researcher for the dossier, was charged with five counts of making false statements to the FBI. Danchenko was responsible for compiling information on former President Donald Trump’s alleged collusion with the Russian government in 2016. He was employed by Steele’s firm, Orbis Business International, and was investigated during the Obama administration as part of a probe into suspected Russian intelligence officers operating in Washington, D.C.

Russiagate turned out to be the result of the collusion between Hillary Clinton, corrupt intelligence nomenklatura, and the Russian government. Those of us who've served in the Intelligence Community, have been exposed to the Deep State, and understand the Russian spycraft, knew that this was likely the case. Now we have proof.
