Good morning! In the news today: An appeals court blocked Obama's amnesty program from resuming; the Taliban Five exchanged for Bergdahl will soon be able to travel; a secret Clinton company seems to be hiding Bill's earnings; Elizabeth Warren flips houses; and data thieves gained access to 100K taxpayers' information.

Have a great day anyway.

Keith

Court refuses to allow Obama amnesty to proceed . . . A panel of a federal appeals court Tuesday declined to reverse a district court judge’s ruling that blocked President Obama’s plan to grant temporary amnesty for some 5 million illegal immigrants, saying that overriding the ruling could force states to take irreversible actions that would become illegal if the challenge to Obama’s action prevails. White House Dossier

Obama immigration legacy in doubt . . . If the administration can’t get the Supreme Court to act promptly to lift the injunction or chooses not to try, the White House could find Obama’s long-promised immigration actions on hold until the Supreme Court rules definitively on the legal questions at stake — a ruling that likely wouldn’t come until next June. By then, the presidential campaign will be in full swing and Obama’s final term will be winding down, prompting some illegal immigrants to consider holding off applying until the dust clears. Politico
